A few things you might want to know about me

What have I experienced up to now?
Well, the first three years of my life were pretty grim, I was confined to barracks with a couple who were in an abusive relationship, with some of the flak heading in my direction. However, I was taken in by the RSPCA in 2008, although my wary nature landed me with a bit of a reputation and my new Mum had to nag and stamp her feet like mad to get them to let her have me, as they all thought she 'couldn't handle me'. Although things did get a little wobbly when my pesky little brother appeared, I settled in pretty well and things improved even more 18 months later when we moved again - our new home was away from main roads so Mum started letting us out! Freedom! There's a brilliant stretch of the garden that's fenced off for access to the neighbours upstairs, and as they never use it Mum doesn't mow the grass so it grows nice and long, and one of my fave activities is leaping about in there - it even got nicknamed 'Cleo's Jungle'! Of course, Mum went a bit silly with the camera - she's planning to put her fave piccie on here when she's got time. Although she did have to admit defeat and trim the grass just a little (when it got as high as the top of the neighbour's fence!) I can't wait for the weather to turn nice again so I can chase butterflies in my jungle again!

This is what I really LOVE...
Leaping about in my jungle of course, and there's nothing quite like lying out in the sunshine sprawled on my back, which my Mum and her sister call 'starfishin'. I also love having my head scritched and stroked. I'm partial to a bit of ham and even though I go out every day, I still like to sit on the windowsill watching the world go by

I DON'T like this at all...
Well I hate getting wet for a start, Mum always knows when it's raining outside cos I come rushing in with a dry body and a wet tail where I wasn't quite quick enough - though I really don't see what's so funny! I'm slowly starting to accept having my body stroked, though I still panic when my tummy's touched so I have to be careful who's about when I'm starfishin' outside, as Mum just can't resist my 'fluffy white belly' - though at least she tries nowadays! I,m also not at all keen on the rabbit in the porch...
